Going out to interview, what level should I expect?
4.5 years experience in LinkedIn, Staff Eng with leadership experience of several decent size projects, and had always been the top performer in the team. Current TC is around 350k/yr. This is my first job out of college so 4.5 yrs in industry. What level and TC can I expect if I go out to interview with: Google Facebook Apple Netflix Airbnb Uber Thanks!

L4/5 at Airbnb, depending on perf, Netflix is basically one level for engineering (Senior)

Yea but tricky thing is that my years of experience is too short. If I cannot get a better offer outside maybe the best strategy is to stay in LI for another 2 years.
LinkedIn is also well known for inflated titles. Based on posts here dropping 2 levels is not uncommon from LinkedIn to Google.

OP go interview, you should be fine given your experience. Solid L4+
L5 at fb/google shouldn’t be a problem. If I were you, I would tell my recruiter that I am looking for L6. But high L5 could work based on numbers.. I interviewed at other companies recently and I have ~4.5 years of experience Whether you will get an L6 or not depends mostly on - how your design and experience interviews go.
