Any advice? I feel a bit nervous. ~2.5 years ago I interviewed with them and it went so bad that I got walked out mid on-site...so I have psychological issues with this particular situation. I've grown a ton since then. My experience at Amazon has prepared me well...but I'm still afraid. Any tips on what to expect? It's for full stack
All coding sessions are pair programming sessions. No design round for full stack, for some reason. But you will have to add functionality to an existing app
Be consistent and intentional. Exhibit the values we look for throughout the entire interview cycle. Be able to articulate your thought process, from technical acumen to values and motivations.
Your interview process is broken. I cleared all the rounds flawlessly and I still didn't get an offer. Called the recruiter. He gave some bullshit about Q4 headcount limit and giving preference to referral hires even though I performed well and had a warm personality. Fuck your company for almost running my week.

Is your company off-shoring jobs?
2 coding rounds, maybe an architecture round and a talk to the hiring manager. Also a culture fit round. LC medium, problems will have a second part that you do after completing the first, easy part. Talk through your thinking and they will give you enough suggestions to solve it
I'm interviewing for full stack. Not backend. Will there still be an architecture round? Also isn't there a pair programming exercise?
