Good Luck to all the folks who will no longer be with us after this massive re-org. Thank you for your services. Don’t take this RIF as a judgement on your capabilities. Don’t let it diminish your self esteem. We all find ourselves holding the short straw from time to time. Keep your chin high and carry on. Take solace in the fact that the job market and stock market are at their best today. Hopefully you are getting a decent severance that will allow you to take some time off.
