Which are good companies to work for in terms of good learning opportunity as well as career growth for Electrical Engineers. Currently at Amazon from 18months and feels like I haven’t learned much. YOE: 3 TC: 150k
Do you mean electronics or just core electrical like power systems?
Apple is a pretty solid place to learn lots of skills desirable in the industry. Supply and demand are both on a smaller scale for EEs but easy to get a job of you are specialized in something particular.
At times I want to work at Apple.
Interviewed at apple couple of times, got rejected both the times after on site. Studying currently so i can apply again in few months.
Wow, you make a lot of money as a EE. Do you have a masters+? What do you work on?
Masters + 3 yr full time experience and 1yr full time internship experience. My prior experience was in a startup kind of environment which allowed me to learn lot of things in relatively shorter time
From what I've seen on here, FAANG EEs make almost as much as SW counterparts
