Good company to join after Amazon in Seattle?
Currently SDE2 at Amazon with this year’s TC of 220K (135K base+85K stocks). I’ve been here for 3.5 years now and cliff is about to come, so I thought I should start looking. Also, I feel like it would be good to get some experience outside of Amazon now. What are some good companies to join after Amazon in the Seattle area, including eastside? Since I have family, I also want to make sure that my TC doesn’t get hurt.

tech stack? i heard ruby. I guess that means tech debt.
Did you had personal bad experience in development using Ruby? Its still one of the prominent languages and doesn't seem like it will die soon. Ruby community is great too. It doesn't look like tech debt.
