Base:140 RSU:221 (4year) +Joining Bonus : 30k + 15% target bonus for application engineer. I feel they are low balling , is this the standard offer?

How many interviews you had in onsite? Did you have a technical leadership interview as well?

There were 6 onsite interviews including 3 coding 2 system design and 1 googlyness .

I think it was on higher side as I had about 12 yrs YOE and had competing SWE offers
