Lol now any chick at G subordinate to a top exec can accuse him in harassment and get him terminated even before investigation proves he’s innocent.

He was found guilty in Google’s internal investigation.

Guilty in internal investigation doesn’t mean he’s guilty legally in court.

It cannot go to court because of arbitration.

I was just saying in response to @Instagram’s comment that any woman cannot accuse someone of harassment and get them terminated. It depends on the internal investigation.

I guess after groping someone at Google, Amit will focus on his philanthropy by “lending a hand” elsewhere

I don't get getting paid for committing crime

They are not paying for the crime, they are paying for the time spent at google.

If you commit a crime, doesn’t mean you don’t get paid, those are two different things right?

And it was accused. Not found guilty. But then the left loves to try a person by feeling

Do you know the difference between being accused of a crime, vs committing one?

Well, he learned his lesson and now he is working on it, what’s wrong with that. Not doing anything would be worst than this.

Doesn’t matter, admitted or not, doesn’t change his wrongdoing. But doing something good is still considered better than nothing. Its good, the previous bad does not devalue it.

He was found "guilty" by Google's kangaroo investigation. Anyone with a few brain cells know the burden of proof a SJW leaning company will need to find someone guilty of rape

The alternative is to risk a lawsuit in court for wrongful termination, no? For a company with billions in the bank, prob a good investment for shareholders to avoid the negative PR.

Yes... and in california it leans toward the employee, so unfortunately from a legal perspective, the case was handled correctly.

What's the big deal? He wasn't proven guilty beyond reasonable doubt.
And as far as Google's investigation goes, we all know how credible left leaning entities can be to conduct a fair investigation on sexual harassment charges.
