Any sense of the salary bands for the below roles?—Base/Bonus/GSUs (min and max) Associate Principal 2.Anyone have a sense of what level one would enter into team with 2-3 years of post MBA experience 3. 2. You’d come in as associate. Principal requires 5+ years of post MBA now.
Any thoughts on the associate salary? I assume it moves over the 5 years, but what is the max before hitting principal? Base/Bonus/GSU (and singing bonus if applicable)
You’d come in an as Associate if C/PL, as a principal if Pr/Partner. My guess is they will about match your BCG comp. there are two sub-levels within Associate (L4, L5) and Principal (L6, L7). Salaries vary a lot by level, with maybe $200K AI as L4 to $500K AI as L7. Source : interviewed with G, picked F
