Offer numbers approximately (base/equity/sign-on bonus):
1. Google - 180, 545, 50
2. LinkedIn - 190, 425, 10

Linkedin is with the trust and security team, GCP team matching is on going.

Numbers are share to avoid TC conversations. I am looking for a perspective on which would be a better place to go.

Can you share which one and why? Also, what teams at GCP might be interesting from a Product management perspective?

From obviously very limited data on blind, it appears that google is hiring more product managers than engineers these days...

It's common knowledge that PM to Dev ratio is 1:10 at minimum and most times 15+ at Google.

Can you please share what you would be doing for both roles? Is the GPC software engineering or cloud and networks role?

Both are product management positions. I don’t think which GCP team it will be yet - can you share what you know about teams at GCP?

Heard LinkedIn is going through major restructuring. Will you be in a growing business or an acquisition by MSFT?

It’s the LinkedIn core product team that focuses on trust and security. So I’m thinking it’s the latter. What have you heard?
