*please note, this is for a partnerships role in the Bay Area with 6 yoe*

Current offer:

$20k sign on, $150k base, 15% bonus, $200k RSUs

I’m not sure which level I am coming in at (they would not disclose), but I’m curious to hear if this is a quality offer. At this point I’m happy given the sign on bonus but am sure my company will match as it’s not much of a difference from my role today. Appreciate any and all advice.

Most likely an L5, on par with what I heard in the past for program management or sales ops roles

That looks like L5 to me. What is the role title? Partner Sales Managers are on sales plan (65-75% bonus at L5). This must be something different?

This is for strategic technical partnerships under the global alliances org.

Thanks for the intel; I’m very excited but just want to wrap things up. I’m not sure if it’s worth continuing negotiations in the case my existing employer matches the annual TC (~$220k).

Ah, alliances likely on company plan. Makes sense.

I think you can ask your recruiter for level. Sounds like high end L4 or L5 tho
