What am I looking at here?

I’ve never seen that many white people and “HCL” together in one article.

These articles are ludicrous. Many of these people in the article are known in the office to screw around all day and let their HCL colleagues pick up their slack. Union seems like the perfect play for them. Claims that they are doing the same work as FTEs are laughable. These contractor tasks were going to be moved to an EMEA location a while ago (primary tasks are doing Ewok type work or speaking a non-English language) but people in PIT felt bad for them and worked it so the tasks stayed in PIT. Oops. There are some really good people in the HCL bunch here, but unfortunately they'll probably not be coming into our office at this time next year due to this effort. The United Steel Workers has basically used a handful of useful dupes (see the people in the article) to get some national headlines on the back of Google.
