Typical L8 offer around 800 TC (300 salary, 100 bonus, 400 equity).
Annual equity refreshers seem to be in the 400 range.
Target annual bonus is 30% of salary.
Would love to get some confirmation around that.
I have an offer coming and want to know what I should be expecting. Currently have a MSFT Director offer (Redmond) and wanted to get a sense of the ranges to see how this would compare from both a career and comp perspective. Levels.fyi doesn't have the info and unfortunately even fewer data points about Singapore; so would be good to get some numbers even for the US.
