Google Fresher Compensation
Hi, I just finished my masters degree at a top university and have a negotiated offer for a SWE L3 role with Google in hand. (Converted from internship) The offer is 120k base, 60k sign on and 220k stocks over 4 years. I was curious to know other offers at Google and other competitive new grad offers if any. I have no clue how much the market pays in the Bay Area. Thanks in advance :) (I have 0 years work experience and have a bachelors and masters degree from the same university. Had interned at Microsoft, hence the ID)
I think it is a very good offer. Very much towards the higher end of the range for L3 new college grad based on what I have heard from folks at Google. Congrats!!
Which school? BS and MS in CS?
Are your stocks specified in number of stocks or the worth of stocks?
Definitely higher than a standard master's return offer for Google. Were you a rockstar during the internship?
What is a fresher ? Is it like a refresher ?

You got low balled. My SAP package for masters new grad was 125 base, 80 signing, 250 stocks
