Google HC approved at L3
I just got an email saying HC approved me at L3, and pretty stoked. But I do have some concerns about possible being low balled, and seeking some advise. My YoE is about 5.5 years, and TC: 175 (150 salary + 20 bonus, 5~ equity), with a southern California cost of living. Will it be possible to negotiate a good L3 package given silicon valleys cost of living at a higher TC? EDIT: have on sites with Facebook and Amazon coming up. Cheers

Is L3 at 5+ YOE standard for Google? I would have thought L4, even though they downlevel. I had the impression that L3 is like, new grad.
No, get competing offers to negotiate, otherwise you'll get the standard L3 package.
What is considered the standard L3 package?
