Google Intrview. Got approval from HC. Recruiter need additional approval from Google Higher Management
I attended Google onsite interview. Recruiter told me that all the feedback is positive and submitted to HC. It got approved by HC. Now he needs additional approval from Google Higher Management. Is this a common practice? How long does it take to get the approval? I have 11 years of experience.
Yes. Only 2-3% fail at this stage.
That actually seems pretty high. What would be some reasons why someone fails at this stage?

Why leaving Sonos?
Sonos is a great place to work. I worked here for long time. Google is my dream company and I always want to work for them. They approached with a similar role so I decided to try. I may learn lots of new things, culture and tools at Google.
