Just get a house and stop being a parking lot hippie?
Why not save cash and invest?
Definitely not a hippie. Just want to save money.
Don't do this. There is a parking shortage in the Google campus and you will be noticed.
Across all Seattle offices or Kirkland specifically? If the latter, do you know the parking availability for the Fremont and SLU offices? I could potentially park there and then take company-provided transportation to Kirkland.
Parking shortage much more acute in Fremont and SLU.
SLU isn't open yet and pretty sure it'll be short on parking. I think Fremont isn't any better either. I think the best bet would be to park on Kirkland lot during the night and then park on the Kirkland City garage (under library/TC) or street parking during the day. Let me know how it goes! I had explored this option sometime ago but later found renting someone's living room is much improved quality of life for a very incremental cost.
This was more of a spur-of-the-moment thought rather than something I've been considering for a long while. It sounds like it won't be easy, so I'll just stick with a traditional rental.
Just park by the central Kirkland corridor somewhere and drive/bike to work in the morning đ
WTF! Works at Google doesnât want to rent a studio!
It's for engineering residency. TC is only 120k first year.
Tents are going East side.
