If you did the L3 General SWE interview with Google onsite, roughly how hard were your interview questions?
I cleared L3 and i feel like it was all mediums with several follow-ups. Each part of the question was a medium. IMO hard is when each part asked required combining 2 or more medium concepts. I don't think any single part asked was a hard
when i was a new grad, they just gave me 2 hard, and i failed. but after i prepared and interviewed again 3 yrs later, they just shoot me 5 medium and that's it. But still L3
Isn’t the difficult level relative to how well you are prepared?
No, leetcode hard and medium are well defined things.
How are they well-defined? After solving 100 LC mediums, I find them easy
mediums only, Google onsite is easy these days
Disproven.
I had 2 LC hard/3 medium a couple of months ago with G

How many YOE is L3? (I’m 5 YOE with an approaching on-site.).
It seems to vary according to Blind. I have 1 or 2 YOE and I have an onsite soon. (It’s only 2 if you count the year I spent teaching at a bootcamp).
Also, my recruiter never specified it was L3, but I’m just gonna assume it’s L3.
