Google L3 SWE compensation GCP vs other Orgs
I'm hearing crazy numbers for L4 SWE hires for gcp (>320K). I'm having team matching right now, and I'm wondering if choosing a product team will give me a lower TC on joining. Does anyone have TC numbers for gcp vs non-GCP? Current TC : 125K YoE : 3

I accepted an offer for 270k. I thought it's good offer for 2-3 yoe I don't think it is dependent on the team as well.

Yes Levels.fyi indicates that range for L4. I see higher yoe getting around 320+, or ones with really good counter offers probably. Mine is 320k only by adding joining bonus
