Google L3 vs T3

Seen a bunch of posts with L3 offers and some with T3. What's the difference? Are they the same roles?

L3 isn't a thing at Google. Maybe they mean to be referencing T3, or maybe they're talking about levels at a different company

You have it backwards. L3 = swe 2. L4 = swe 3.

There is no T3. That's Facebook terminology. We say L. L3,L4,L5, etc

Not exactly. Google used to use T, now they use L. All official, updated internal docs use L terminology.

The key thing to keep in mind is that technical L=non-technical L+1 from a salary perspective.
