Base: 150k Stock: 150k Location: MTV Level: L4 YoE: 6yr (3yr directly related) Being told the stock amount is very little for L4. How much should be more reasonable? Or how should I negotiate if no competing offer? Thanks for helping out! PS. Current TC has the same base.
Tell them that you're going to reject the offer if they don't improve it. The best strategy.

Yeah listen to some random dude off of blind and expose yourself to th risk of getting your offer rescinded
Some one I know got L3 offer : 140/220/45 with 3 YOE.
I got more stock as an L3. But was sde2 at Amazon, < 2 yoe at the time.
Join the club. I got 130k base, 230k stock as a l3 but I was a sde 2 and had a competing L4 offer. OP, you need some competing offers
I got 132k in base and 180k in stock 3 years ago. I'm making 400k now.
My L3 offer: Base: 140k RSU: 340k Sign on: 40k
My L4 has $500k stocks.. in Seattle! With 4 yoe
High base, low stock
That lowball though. Got an l3 offer at 125k base and 395k stock over 4 years. I’d get another offer and negotiate. I think the fact I was at fb gave me bigger up front offer
Did you tell them your current salary?

Worried that our top performer is an attrition risk. How do managers handle this?
Yes that's extremely low. Most experienced L3 offers have ore RSU's. You should be getting minimum 250k.
