Is it possible to get SWE L4 offer with 2yoe if I nail the interviews? Interested in moving to Google for a TC increase only if I get L4.
I don’t think so, but you could get above median L4 compensation despite being L3 which is even better in my opinion.
yes, ask for L4 interview when setting up the onsite with your recruiter. high chance you’ll get L3 though unless you do extremely well on interviews.

I’ve done it with 2yoe, it’s possible but stellar interview performance is required. Coming from an already good company/team/experience also helps. I had both of these going in my case.
Asking in general. In my case not MTV. Does it make difference?
