Google L5 HW TPM TC?
I am a Google HWE L5 considering moving to a TPM role. What TC should I expect after ladder conversion? HWE L5 TC = 181k / 36k / 90k = 307k YOE = 12 Internal recruiter noted transfers within tech shouldn't change much, but could not comment further until the transfer process is started.
Not much different. That’s basically EE or SEE L5 TPM comp.

TPMs seem to be pretty tight lipped about comp. Or there just aren't very many on Blind?
Interested to hear more about T to O. Will you be on L5 as well? I hear O to T is usually down-levelled, wonder about other way.
