Google L5 PM Offer (GCP). Struggling with the team match. Suggestions?

Originally it was with Google Cloud Platform but haven't seen that many positions. Looks like they haven't been hiring that much in the areas I am interested in like data science. So I spoke to my recruiter about positions in the other orgs like Ads, YouTube etc. From a Googler, I know that there are probably 80+ L5 PM positions in the Bay Area but for some reason my recruiter isn't cooperating with putting me in touch with the hiring managers for those positions. Suggestions on how best to proceed from here?
