Google L5 vs Amazon L7 in India as pm
I'm getting close to both of these. What's the base plus variable difference. What's your advice on both of these? Both will be in Hyderabad. What can I expect ? Please advice

L7 product managers in Amazon India make anywhere between 70 lakhs to a little over a Crore (depending on amount prior experience). That's total comp of which base could be slightly more than half. But first 2 years RSU component would be low, so you'll get a joining bonus that's prorated and paid with monthly salary.
