Hello everyone, I'm currently at Facebook Level 5 TPM. I'm going to get a L6 TPM role at Google (on-sites done and team match done) it is with the hiring committee now. what is the range one can expect with the following break down: Sign-on Bonus: Base: Yearly performance Bonus: RSU's: Help appreciated.

yeah, downlevel is a possibility, I However have a Amazon L7 Principal PM Offer. Ill walk away. loc - Mountain View. Downlevel is a no go. and I told the recruiter don't bother if it is L5. I report back on the actual offer.
I fell just short on AWS L7 and on Google L6. Even though YOE 30 and great interviews, no recent big tech or big infrastructure so that was probably the rub.

OP can you advise how was the L6 TPM rounds and in your opinion how did they differ from L5 ? Also , what did the google offer turn out ?
They were identical. The only difference being that L6 they asked about some leadership questions. How you would motivate coach and lead sort of questions. One was what would you say to someone who just joined your team. I got the offer finally. It is 275K over my CTC
