I guess it depends on location, but $500k would be low for a 2019 offer...what city are you thinking of for that?

For my recent G L7 offer, I asked for $700k as my "I'll sign right now" price and they offered me $550k (240k/975k), but with 40% of stock vesting year one, so it looked like $688k. TBH, it was a bit insulting, so I didn't negotiate and just declined the offer.
