Passed HC and the recruiter gave me verbal offer last week. I acceptd the offer. She has emailed me benefits details. I haven’t received docusign formal offer letter. What could be the reason for delay? TC: 250K (5 YOE)
Probably just people being out has slowed it down. Drop the recruiter a line just to check in, but I wouldn't worry about it.

It was a long time ago for me. I seem to recall it took a month from the interview date.

Could have negotiated a bit more but if you don’t have competing offers, that makes sense.

You don’t get formal offer until after team matching and vp sign off. Took me 3-4 weeks to get official offer
My recruiter mentioned team match is done. After the verbal offer, she emailed me my TC breakdown.
After my team match I had to wait for my teams manager to write a statement that they want me then vp sign off. Check with recruiter if you’re not sure
