Google PgM Interview Prep
Hello. I have an interview with the hiring manager coming up soon later this week. It’s for a program manager position in Google Cloud. Could you please help me with how to prepare? Any good websites for preparing answers to behavioral questions? I was told that by the recruiter that there will be a question around problem solving. Any help will be greatly appreciated. I just completed a round of interviews for the same position. Be ready to do a system design...really think through what is required. It will be one of those questions in one of those areas. Something along lines of how are you design a system to move data from consumer to consumer. You need to think about things like firewalls and load balancer, messaging queuing, databases. This is where I’m sure I have failed otherwise still have not heard back from my onsite last week
They should have sent you like the Pg.M prep slides etc, no?
Not yet. Probably because this is just a 45 min phone interview with the hiring manager.
Hmm. Maybe things have changed. When I went through this in 2017, I was sent that by the recruiter, prior to talking to the hiring manager.
Its mainly going to be behavioral interview. Tell me a time blah blah. Just concentrate on those
