Google Recruiters All Fresh Adecco Contractors?

Not to offense anyone, but finding out the “not moving forward” email were from some recruiters/ “channels specialists” at Adecco who just started 2 months ago, and Google being their first official job - it feels shit. Not sure how well they actually know what candidates Google is looking for? And how come there are so many fresh Adecco recruiters hiring for G? I see on LinkedIn that Google is their first proper job and first recruiting job. I have 2-3 years more experience than advertised on G, and currently at FAANG. The position is even too junior and they are not moving forward with my application? I don’t know based on what or how long that person actually took reviewing my application/ profile. Thoughts?

Companies have many ways of sourcing candidates. It's not all Adecco.

To answer your question - I’ve heard nothing but negative 👎🏼 about those Adecco recruiters from every level. Truly incompetent people and sounds more like a legal buffer for Google than anything else. Are you able to see if at least another crummy recruiter can take a look from another agency? Idk if they have any others feeding into the G.

So what’s the best way for someone applying to Google to do? They have no control of who sees the applications.

I was reached out by a google recruiter and her LinkedIn says via Adecco. I asked her whether it’s a full time role with google and she said yes. Though I have a call with her next week, I would like to know if this is normal for google to hire FTE’s this way. Help please!!

The best way to get Job call from Google is via internal reference ..
