Is 106K base pay at Google good for a strategist in the trust and safety? Is it possible to negotiate an offer after the offer letter has been generated? Any insights will be great! Thanks

I assume it is much tougher after letter is created. And at that comp I assume OP has little to no leverage. Hoping that is not SFBA either.
