SWE Google TC for Munich ranges L4 and L5
Is there someone who can share some ranges according to levels for Google Munich office? 😕 yoe: 7years at no FAANG companies role: SWE
I’ve heard that it’s very low in comparison with Zurich. Besides the tax is 40% if I’m not wrong 😅

I know someone who started their a year ago as TPM with TC 135k€ (base 85 + 50 stock). New Grad PhD from top university. IMO that's really good for Germany.
So their base is $60k after tax. That’s so sad 🤣

Salaries in Europe is a joke. Average will be €60k. Google might pay €100k to top talent. Then cut in more than half, that’s your take home.

That would be super interesting. Unfortunately I doubt that many European people are on Blind. Wish there was a similar app for Europe.
