    That would be super interesting. Unfortunately I doubt that many European people are on Blind. Wish there was a similar app for Europe.

    I know someone who started their a year ago as TPM with TC 135kโ‚ฌ (base 85 + 50 stock). New Grad PhD from top university.
    IMO that's really good for Germany.

    Salaries in Europe is a joke. Average will be โ‚ฌ60k. Google might pay โ‚ฌ100k to top talent. Then cut in more than half, thatโ€™s your take home.
