Folks lot is written about TSC's but I just have some basic questions (phone and onsite done with G) going to hiring committee. 15 years at Qualcomm (total 20) and TC:300+ dev lead (no longer code). I know how much time was wasted at Q but let's keep that aside 😟
My questions are
1. Is it worth doing TSC role? I know it is considered lower from different aspects and somehow I felt interviews were too basic and easy.
2. I have not discussed any levels with recruiter but she know what I make so any idea what to expect? I am thinking of passing if it is too low ball in title but opinions welcome
3. I have another thing in progress with Magic Leap so any comparisons? Magic leap role is dev and overall program lead. Cannot add much details
