Two sigma since it's in NYC. Twitter second. Goog in Mountain view only if you want to participate in a world of boredom and bland.
How can you have 4 offers and do not know the comp for even a single one. This smells a bit.
Dont need why people recommending Two Sig. you are working as a SDE, not quant. SDE is like a second class citizen in hedge fund
Go with twitter or 2sig if u wanna be hardcore SWE. 2sig if u like fin tech and twitter otherwise
