Is it true that if you have an offer from Facebook or Google, you have the flexibility to join within 6 months of the offered date, using the same offer (as in the offer validity is 6 months) If so, is it universal for all roles, or only for roles which are hired in a generalized format with team matching process? Offer is valid for ~10 days. You can negotiate the start date. If you don’t join, you can apply again within a year without re-interviewing, but there will be a new offer (which is not guaranteed).
You can apply again and you won’t have to interview for up to a year, unless you got blacklisted for being a jerk to the recruiter
All the answers here seemed to apply to Google. Does FB have the same / similar policy?
