Google bayarea L5 expectation

I was told the feedback was very strong. What should I expect in the offer? 14Y exp with 5 years in US. How to negotiate when there is no competing offer yet? How much more can I ask compared to my current comp? Will they adjust if I bring a competing offer after accepting? Thanks.

You can expect around $300-$350 TC. Most of the Google L5 offers are really competitive if you have other offers. Make sure you get counter offers soon.
