Going to have an interview at Google and told there will be a session for googley leadership. Is it common? What types of behavioral questions are expected? Is it more of project leadership or teamwork/culture fit? It is an engineering position. TC 350k YOE 4 Thanks!
350k on 4 YOE. Awesome!
Search Googleyness on google and you'll be fine. Hopefully this post can help: https://www.rooftopslushie.com/request/Behavioral-Interview-at-Google-203
It is Google's version of amzn leadership principles (i.e. culture fit). Common for L4+.
They just asked me few questions about how to work with the team, how to deal with managers etc. I felt it was very sensible and practical compared to Amazon LP.
How the fuck do u make so much with 4yoe? Area/team? It is common now they added it. It is just to make sure you are a normal person and can communicate ideas. Usual behavioral questions will be asked. Are slotted for L4? They cant match your current comp.
Thanks for the input! Working as an ML engineer.
Makes sense. Why r u trying to leave? Curious. I just got an offer to leave doubling my comp entering new company as an ML engineer.
