Google cloud offer eval
Hello fellow blinders, Got offer from Google Cloud for Customer Engineer role (not sure about level) - TC - 195K base, 30% bonus (based on quota met), 160K RSU and 20K on sign bonus. RSU seem lower side. How much should I negotiate? I was thinking to ask around 450K RSU. Any suggestions? YOE 15+ Location: Sunnyvale
What’s the level?
This is L6, you can tell by %bonus. 20 at L4 25 at L5 and 30 at L6 non-negotiable.
Unless you have strong competing offers, they are not going to randomly almost triple their RSUs offer...

What's the vesting schedule for the RSUs?
They have you pegged at a L6 based on your bonus %. You won't get SWE level RSU as you also get sales bonus, spiffs and other incentives. You're at a decent rate of RSU. You can get up to 400% of your bonus on sales performance, but expect between 90-125%
Do you know what the RSU vesting schedule is like? Also how is the 400% bonus calculated? % of what?
