I spent an hour trying to get refund for being charged more than promo code on play movies. Spent time sharing screen and chatting with 5 different people all for nothing. The last person argued and wanted to start all over again. I intantly gave up. 😂 If it was with Amazon, I'm sure they'd have given me some extra credits for wasting my time (has happened before). Conclusion - A wise man once said, there are 3 things 1. Taking care of share holders 2. Taking care of customers 3. Taking care of employees A company can do only two of them.
For real
Man had to get his PR guy to get customer service going.
Google does not have customer service. If you were overcharged, call your bank, or fill out dispute form online.
What? Wait, what?
Think twice before you do this. If you do a credit card chargeback, google will blacklist you and you won’t be able to use any of their paid services.
Google has customer service?
True, Google customer care is the worst when I compared to Amazon and others Amazon is good at customer service, but doesn't take care of employees
Please DM me with more information about this. I might be able to look into it
