I have similar offer with competing offers from amazon as well. I was surprised with low TC compared to other L4 mentioned in blind.

Except for your sign on, everything else is lower than my L4 offer last year. Actually initially it was low but as soon as I mentioned competing offers, they bumped up everything. I have 8 yoe so not sure if that extra year matters much.
