I did onsite at Google and hiring committee recommends more coding interviews to determine my level. They want to do 3 more coding rounds. They are targeting me at L4 or L5. Recruiter said I passed par for L3 but thinks I should do the interviews. My onsite didn't involve much coding since interviewers focused on other areas. So not really my fault they didn't get a good signal. I have 2 other offers with deadlines so this is putting me in a tough spot. Any advice?
Normally GOOG is very fast with right candidates. My friend also had got an offer from FB in Seattle and Google flown him to MV next day for onsite. Just let your recruiter know about your offer deadlines
That’s because they’re not damaged goods. They’d never do that for someone at Amazon.
How many years of experience do you have? OP?
Do they really bump levels on counter offer?

I’m Sooo Happy about Biden signing TikTok ban bill today!!
From which companies are the offers?
Twitter and Adobe. Both are step below but it sucks to have the offer expire and then lose future leverage with Google.
@Ignj78.. I think Google offer will anyways take a while provided you crack 3 rounds( don’t want take it -ve). So move ahead with Twitter or Adobe and later you get Google offer you can still have leverage.
