Google ghosted me (internship)
I passed Google HC in the middle of summer to team match for Fall. Ended up not finding anything and reapplied for Winter. It’s been almost 2 months since I reapplied for winter, haven’t heard anything, and I see my friends interviewing for summer already. What should I do? My old recruiter left to another team 😓 I don’t know who to contact

Ask a googler to refer you again. That way a new recruiter will get involved . They can most likely use your old interviews. If you don’t know anyone, I am happy to do this for you
Do you mean referring me for a Winter internship? Does the referral work even if I’ve already applied?

Try reaching out to recruiters on LinkedIn. One of them might bite

I interviewed someone for internship and looked at the final reviews from all interviewers and it was positive but the candidate was never extended offer I was pretty pissed at the waste of time for both the interviewer and the interviewee. Ask your friend for a referral again or find a different recruiter
