Just got news that my packet will be presented to the HC. The recruiter refused to give any more specific info about the on-site interviews feedback. Why would a recruiter refuse to give some feedback about the interviews performane pre-hc? Quora is full of questions/comments where a recruiter gave a high level feedback (mixed, borderline, good enough, etc.).
And it’s in California, any feedback or rejection reason could lead to potential lawsuits. If you pass the HC and likely accept the offer they may share more information with you.
The HC's future decision is irrelevant. I am merely asking for the on-site interviews feedback. According to Quora, recruiters usually shared that before the HC meeting, even if it was a borderline.
They are free to err on the side of caution and refuse to share feedback.
Recruiters can't really tell. HCs are brutal and most people will be borderline despite what the scores say
