Google hiring process
How is the technical phone screen rounds at google for SDE? What kind of practice should I be doing ?
My experience: Less than 1 minute into my interview he is explaining technical question. No formalities, no background, very little intros. I was asked a high Easy or low Medium. I solve optimally, we talk about the complexity. Then he makes some changes to the problem to make it different / harder. It’s now a solid Medium problem. I solve again just in time, interview over. Passed This is for L3. If you are also looking at L3, just do google tagged leetcode.
Oh. Thanks, i have to check with my recruiter on which level its for. He mentioned its sde role thats all.
Mine didn’t tell me but I just assumed because I have low YOE. If you have <3 YOE it’s probably L3, and you won’t get any system design.
