A recruiter reached out to me for an interview for a marketing manager position with google cloud team. The role is a perfect fit. I have 8 years of total experience. My next interview is with HM. I am currently a Sr. Manager with two years experience at this level with other large tech company. When should I ask for a Sr. Manager title....During interview process or if I get the role. What’s the typical salary range, level and equity offered? Any general advice?
As flwH01 said, you'll likey be coming with a Product Marketing Manager. At Google they have an average salary of $268K per year, ranging from $201K to $340K. - Base Salary $137K - Annual Bonus $35K - Annual Equity $95K - One-Time Signing Bonus $21K Note that this is just the average salary package. You can find more info on that here: https://goo.gl/Z3uVEV
Thanks!

Google doesn't do well with titles. Likely you'll be coming in at a 4/5 with the "Product Marketing Manager" title. If you really want, you can change the title when you get hired in the system but you'll look super pretentious. I would recommend keeping your mouth shut to avoid any weird flags unless it's really important to you. Generally Google down levels but the comp will more than make up for it.
