Google is getting sued for pressuring their recruiters to hire non-white and non-asian people. Is there any truth to this? Will Google lose this lawsuit? Settle? Thoughts?

I’m a very frequent interviewer at Google and I always scan the packets of rejected candidates and in my experience I’ve never seen a candidate rejected unfairly.
In 2017, 91% of Google employees are White or Asian. While Asians are a minority group in the U.S. population, they along with Whites are overrepresented among employees at Google.
So glad I’m not flying in a plane in your ludicrous utopia.
More than 90% of all SWE candidates I intervieweed in the last six months were male, most of them Asian, and I never saw anyone rejected by anything other than technical abilities.
I believe that too many people think too much of themselves and can't admit that they weren't good enough. They need to find a way to blame someone or something else for their failures.
Asians should really start speaking out against this sort of crap, by the way.
Also if you look at the people who apply, there are not many from south East Asian countries. It is not like company trying not to hire them.
So they're there. Just hard to find and in small numbers.
(Jk. I’m not a #basic Blind asshole who’s overly excited about finally be able verbalize how big of an asshole I am while protecting the fragility of my ego within the safe bubble of internet anonymity.)
“Different countries have oppressed different people. But all countries have oppressed a common species. That's women.”
Please, tell us more about this “species” I didn’t know existed in and of itself, that is being oppressed by every country in the world.
