Google offer validity

I know that Google offers are good for a year after they are extended. Basically, you can reject the offer at the time if it’s not the right time to switch and still join within 1 year later on.

Although, I’m not sure if they extend an offer with the same numbers that you negotiated earlier. Anyone has experience doing this and can share details about how comp was structured a year later?

My recent experience: 50%+ more equity and a neglibe bump in base. Same sign on. Seattle.

What if you previously negotiated the numbers higher with competing offers before turning it down, but no longer have the competing offers?

Would be interested in finding out as well. I have read that the offer stays open for a year but I am not sure on the rejection part

Unlikely the second time around the offer would be lower than first time since you already declined the first offer.

Are they still valid for 1 year in today’s era?

You mean after the behavioral rounds were added? Trying to find that out in my other thread

I think a recruiter once told me comp gets recalculated but don't remember clearly
