Had 5 rounds interview loop with Google. 2 of them were very decent. The other 3 were not bad. Basically wrote an optimal code in all 5 interviews (that is why I'm hoping to get through). Took a little more time to arrive at a good solution in the other 3 interviews (that is why I'm nervous). Spoke with my recruiter and she said that the feedback is mixed. But it will still move on to the HC. She said that I fall into the majority of cases as strong feedback in all interviews is very rare and therefore I shouldn't give up hope. Now I know Google is very picky, so do I still have a chance? My performance will be rated against everyone who interviewed and I'm afraid others must have done better than I did. Interviewed for L3. TC: 160k Yoe: 3
Your current tc sucks, i hope you get the job at google and get a good tc. To answer you question, it depends on the panel and your luck !!
I think they always say feedback is mixed. It sets the stage for a down level if HC want it
I'm in the same situation with mixed feedback and supposed to hear about HC results tomorrow. Lately I've been wishing that I could save my current checkpoint like in video games and just keep reloading that save file until I get lucky and HC says yes. But hopefully we both get lucky!
How difficult were the questions? Were they similar to leetcode hard level?
Can you please break down the topics asked? Also wish you very best!
It was mostly graphs, trees, and strings.
How many days did it take for recruiter to tell that it is heading to HC
Wish you the best of luck! Can you share where you had your interviews?
Please update the thread with results

They wouldn’t be taking you to HC if they didn’t think you have a strong shot
Thanks for your comment! Does that mean I've more positive feedback than negative? And now it's up to HC to decide if I'm worth the risk of hiring?
Yes, it means your feedback is generally positive and they think you meet the bar.
