Google phone interview process
I had my interview on Tuesday, my recruiter( one of the nicest I have seen so far who keeps me updated all the time) told me today that he is still waiting on the feedback So how does phone interview process works ? Do more people review the code than the interviewer ? I was under the impression its up to the interviewer to say yay or nay
No, apparently, the interviewer takes notes and hands it off to another group of people to review your code and notes. This week has been my second week of waiting haha I plan on following up again on monday

Lol no. That is not true. The interviewer only reviews and code and gives feedback.
