Google recruiter keep rejecting

Hi all, I applied to Google a year ago and went through the interview but did not pass, now a year later I applied to the same position but get instant reply from the recruiter that I was not selected, this happened like 6 or 7 times. my question is what are the main reasons that make a recruiter disqualify a candidate at the CV screen stage?

Applying 6 or 7 times.

Don't listen to Uber above. Be persistent. These days people are not persistent. If you think you have skills be persistent. Write a short email to recruiter explaining how you have improved over the past year and ask if they could setup a 30 min call. Mention that ats has been rejecting you for 7 times. Read the story about how Todd Howard got into Bethesda. At the same time don't focus too much on one company. However if you are truly passionate about working for Google then your email to recruiter will speak that. All the best

So a person was not rejecting him, a program was?

Thank you.

If you did really bad maybe they blacklisted you

Not at all, I was tod I did well for the interviews, but have some gaps in System design, which I have been working on in the past year. The recuriter back then told me that because my feedback was strong, U can apply again in 6 months, not a year.

Curious why did you wait a year then instead of 6 months?

Sounds like you aren't a good fit for that position; maybe try a different position.

Are you reaching out to a recruiter or applying through ATS? Try talking to the recruiter who told you to try again in 6 months, they should be able to get you around ATS.

If you're applying directly through the ATS and get a no within 24 hours, you're being kicked out by the system, not a person. Reread the job specs and make sure your resume shows the YOE they're looking for and the exact keywords in the actual JD, or you'll be auto screened out.
