This is a good offer. Similar to what I got two years ago. I'm now making close to 400k with the stock refeshes and appreciation.
160 base plus bonus? This is a very solid T4 offer.
My friend got T4 with 150 base, 400K RSU and 50K sign on, I think this one is not that solid
Forgot to mention signon is 40k. Seems to be on the low end of t4
